Hi-Trans Express owns in excess of 50 late model prime movers and a fleet of local delivery vehicles located at all distribution centres throughout Australia.

From the Company's inception the principle of offering a freight service with company owned vehicles has remained.

Hi-Trans Express firmly believes in owning its own fleet.

We know that fleet ownership offers us the kind of control over fleet movements, driver training and vehicle maintenance that is not possible with a fully subcontracted fleet, as employed by many of our competitors.

Today, Hi-Trans Express owns over 200 late-model units. This includes over 50 prime movers (with an average age of only 5 years) and in excess of 150 trailers.

Hi-Trans Express has fully equipped workshops in place at all branches around Australia, where repairs and maintenance are carried out in-house in accordance to best practice programs and NHVAS requirements.

Maintenance and service notifications are automatically generated from our vehicles’ management systems direct to our internal maintenance management system..

 

  

Hi-Trans Express complies with the NHVAS – National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) – Roadworthiness.

Hi Trans Express has been compliant with the carriage of all Packaged Dangerous Goods as described in the ADGC6 and is now in transition to become compliant with ADGC7.
